Our Story
-
Immerse yourselves in the brilliance of the XIX century- in what has since been known as Russia’s Golden Age of poetry and literature. This is the time when Leo Tolstoy, Dostoeyevsky, Turgenev, Nekrasov, Tyutchev, and Adam Mickiewicz rose to literary prominence, the era of grand balls and feasts, of high society and magnificent entertainment. During this grand era, in the year 1841, the hospitable court Nehachevo was built. It provided an oasis for many travelers during their journey, amongst whom were members of the Royal Family.
Throughout the years the hospitable court Nehachevo served faithfully, offering an interlude for the multitude of travelers that passed its grounds. After a flourishing period of activity, Nehachevo saw a sharp decline and went into a quiet period of stagnation. Against all odds Nehachevo preserved its original architectural style, saturated with the beauty and charm of the time that saw the height of Nehachevo’s grandiose activities. Today, the court has been carefully restored to its original purpose, a place where travelers can find wonderful room and board. The restoration undertook the task of preserving all of the court’s old charm, while bringing a new vision to the original court and creating within it a place where you can have a great and carefree time. The past and the present cross paths in this hospitable court, making Nehachevo a truly unique place to stay, the only place of its king in Belarus.
